Bio

Brendon Taguinod has been EVC's Athletics Trainer since the Spring of 2024. Brendon graduated with a B.A. in Language Studies from UC Santa Cruz before receiving his Master's of Science in Athletics Training from California Baptist University. Brendon is a Board of Certification Certified Athletics Trainer with additional certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Performance Enhancement Specialization (PES) and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

Prior to joining EVC, Brendon spent five years with the San Jose Earthquakes as an Assistant Athletic Trainer (2020-2023) and Head Athletic Trainer for the Academy (2018-2020). Brendon also previously was the Assistant Athletic Trainer for the San Francisco Deltas where he was part of their NASL Championship in 2017.

Brendon is a Bay Area native and enjoys hiking and running with his dog Koa and camping and fly fishing throughout Northern California.
