Bio

Travis Cabral has been with the EVC women's program since 2020. He is also currently the Director of Development and Performance Phase (U13-U19) with the Fremont Youth Soccer Club. He coaches two of their youth teams as well.

Cabral has traveled the world studying at professional clubs and academies in Germany, the Netherlands, and Argentina. These have included Bayer Leverkusen in Germany, Ajax, Vitesse, and AZ Alkmaar in the Netherlands, and Newells Old Boys, Racing Club, CA Tallejares, and CA Belgrano de Cordoba in Argentina.

Cabral holds a United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma, a Director of Coaching Diploma, and a USSF D license. His certifications include an English FA - Psychology Level I, Barcelona Innovation Hub University Academy Coach, Fiorentina Methodology Level 3, and Frans Hoek Methodology with Mentoring at Fremont Youth Soccer Club.

He is a South San Jose native and attended Oak Grove High School. His hobbies include photography and sports design. He is also in charge of our EVC women’s soccer Instagram account. His favorite TV show is Modern Family, and his favorite sports team is Manchester United.
