Hawks Finish Year No. 15 Nationally
Following a program-tying 16-win campaign, EVC Women's Soccer finished the year ranked No. 15 nationally in the NJCAA Division-III United Soccer Coaches final poll.
EVC finished the season 16-7-1 in the program's first-ever third-round appearance in the 3C2A Playoffs. Hawks, who entered the postseason as the No. 9 seed, defeated the College of the Sequoias and Lake Tahoe before falling to state championship finalist Folsom Lake in the third round.
Bianca Ahumada led EVC with 18 goals, while Samantha Wallace had a team-best 10 assists. Mischa Diaz and Rubyna Mamarian each head eight goals and seven assists.
